Privacy Policy
God’s Voice Daily is operated by God’s Voice Network LLC. This policy explains what information the God’s Voice Daily mobile and web applications collect, why it is used, and the choices available to you.
Information We Collect
When you create an account, we collect your email address, display name, authentication information, and communication preferences. When you use God’s Voice Daily, we store the progress and content you choose to enter, including completed practices, streaks, Bible and book reading, private prayer lists and prayer time, Prayer Wall requests, movement activities, tasks, reviews, reminders, notifications, and challenge settings. If you submit a prayer request at godsvoicedaily.com/prayer, we collect your first name, email address, and prayer request.
How We Use Information
We use this information to provide your account, synchronize progress between devices, restore your data, display statistics, deliver in-app notifications, send requested authentication or reminder messages, provide support, protect the service, and improve reliability. Authorized God’s Voice Daily administrators can view saved reviews, Live It Out reflections, and commitments in the administrator dashboard. These responses are not posted to the public community feed. Prayer requests you choose to post to the Prayer Wall are visible to signed-in community members with your Community name, profile photo when applicable, the number of people who prayed, and the time posted. You can remove your request from the wall. If your Community profile is hidden, the Prayer Wall shows you as “Community member” without your photo. If you add a profile photo, it is stored for your account and shown with your visible Community profile. You can replace or remove it in Profile settings. Prayer requests submitted from the website show the first name and request on the in-app Prayer Wall for 48 hours. The email address stays private and is used to send one report with the number of people who prayed. Community displays aggregate challenge counts and a supporter ring for qualifying confirmed gifts; gift amounts and payment details are not displayed. Stripe processes payments, and verified payment events update the ring’s expiry. If you opt in to encouragement and updates, we may use your email address for those communications.
Service Providers
We use service providers to operate God’s Voice Daily, including Supabase for account authentication and synchronized data, Vercel for website hosting, Resend for transactional email, and MailerLite for opted-in communications. These providers process information on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.
Sharing and Sales
We do not sell your personal information. We disclose information only to service providers needed to operate God’s Voice Daily, when you direct us to, or when required by law or necessary to protect users and the service.
Retention and Deletion
We retain account information and synchronized progress while your account remains active. Website prayer requests expire from the Prayer Wall after 48 hours. After the prayer report is sent, the email address and submission fingerprint associated with that request are removed. You may permanently delete your account and associated synchronized data from Settings in the app or through our account deletion page. Limited records may be retained when legally required or for security and fraud prevention.
Your Choices
You can update app information from within God’s Voice Daily, opt out of nonessential email communications using the unsubscribe link in those messages, or delete your account. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information.
Children
God’s Voice Daily is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
